Custom Orders Are Final

All robes, stoles, and garment sets are made to order. Payments for custom items are non-refundable and non-returnable once production begins.

Order Confirmation

Clients receive a confirmation of styles, fabrics, colors, and measurements before production. Approval is required before we begin.

Revisions & Adjustments

Changes may be made before production starts. Once fabrics are cut or sewing has begun, adjustments may attract additional charges.

Quality Assurance

All items undergo strict quality checks. Report any concerns within 48 hours with clear photos.

Errors on Our End

If your item differs from the approved specifications, WEAR458 will correct or replace it at no cost.

Measurement Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements. Incorrect measurements requiring alterations will attract extra charges.

Delivery & Logistics

Delivery timelines are shared at confirmation. WEAR458 is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors.

Indemnity

All fabric and style selections are made at the client’s discretion, and WEAR458 is indemnified from liability arising from these choices.
